FOUNDATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AGRICULTURE EDUCATION
The mission of the FEAE (Foundation for Environmental Agriculture Education) is to catalyze innovative education and training for current and future professional crop management practitioners, including both researchers and crop consultants. Please see our Mission Statement for more details.
FEAE was established in 1991 by the National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants (NAICC). As a 501(c)(3) foundation, the FEAE conducts activities that go beyond the scope of the NAICC. To learn more about the NAICC, please visit their website.
The foundation provides five scholarships each year to students who major in Crop Production or an allied subject.
Three are awarded to undergraduate students in Agriculture. A $3,000 scholarship known as the Richard Jensen Scholarship, commemorates one of the early members of the National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants. Two additional scholarships are sponsored by Belchim Crop Protection.
Two additional scholarships are available to graduate students. A $3,000 scholarship is funded in remembrance of Edward H. Lloyd who was a founding member of the NAICC. A $2,000 scholarship is sponsored by Wilbur Ellis to support the agriculture industry.
